| DOCKET TEXT ORDER (no separate order issued:) This case is scheduled to come before the court on September 21, 2023 for an initial status conference. The court would benefit from having at least one monthly operating report prior to convening an initial status conference. See B.L.R. 2015-2. Accordingly, the court orders as follows: (1) The September 21 status conference is hereby continued to October 5, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. (2) The October 5 continued status conference will convene via Zoom. The court's website offers information explaining how to arrange an appearance at a video hearing. If you have questions about how to participate in a video hearing, you may contact the court by calling 888-821-7606 or by using the Live Chat feature on the court's website. (3) Debtor shall calculate the deadline to file its initial status conference statement from October 5, 2023. See 11 U.S.C. 1188(c). (4) In accordance with 11 U.S.C. 1188(b), the court finds and concludes that the need to review at least one monthly operating report prior to convening the initial status conference constitutes circumstances for which the Debtor should not justly be held accountable and that justify a brief extension of the time by which the court must convene an initial status conference in this Subchapter V case.
