#Electronic filing error. It's not necessary to enter parties' address under the parties. Parties' names should be entered correctly as for example Sgt. Calagari has been entered as 'Calgari' on the docket, but otherwise entered as 'Calagari' on the caption page and as 'Caligari' in the body of the complaint (see page 5). Sgt. and Deputy should be entered either in the 'Title' field or the 'Party Text' field on the screen, but should never be entered in the 'First Name' field in the party screen. Also, it is extremely confusing when 'T. Pope' and 'Monica Pope' are listed as parties on the caption page, but on the summons form, 'Tania Pope' is listed as a defendant. The E-filer is reminded to enter all information on the docket as accurately as possible. Corrected by Clerk's Office. No further action is necessary. Re: #1 Complaint filed by Candace Steel, #2 Proposed Summons filed by Candace Steel. (mclS, COURT STAFF) |
