ORDER GRANTING IN PART and DENYING IN PART 32 Defendant's Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff's First Amended Complaint. Defendant's motion is GRANTED to the extent that it seeks dismissal of Plaintiff's possibly-alleged claim for viol ation of 8 U.S.C. § 1324a, and this claim is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. Defendant's motion is DENIED in all other respects. Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(a)(4)(A), ILT shall answer Plaintiff's First Amended Complaint within 14 days of the date of this order.
