ORDER GRANTING 66 MOTION for Reconsideration; TO SHOW CAUSE; TERMINATING APPOINTMENT OF PRO BONO COUNSEL. Petitioner SHALL proceed in pro se in this action. The Clerk shall reopen the file. The Clerk SHALL serve by certified mail a copy of this order on the Attorney General of the State of California. The clerk SHALL also mail a copy to FPD Office is San Jose as notice of the termination of pro bono counsel. Respondent SHALL file and serve on petition within 90 days of the issuance o f this order, an answer showing cause why writ of habeas corpus should be issued. Respondent SHALL file with the answer and serve on petitioner a copy of ALL portions of the state trial record that are relevant to a determination of the issues presented by the petition.
