Plaintiff Nancy Minkler alleges that Apple's Maps application in iOS (which the company admitted was flawed when it was released) violates a number of state and federal laws. She filed this class action lawsuit seeking both injunctive relief and money damages on behalf of the class of plaintiffs injured by the allegedly faulty application.
