Date Filed Document Text
March 29, 2023 [10987193] Order filed by Clerk of the Court. This matter is before the court on our own motion. Doing our own research, we have learned that by order dated 3/13/2023, the district court denied appellant Renaud's motion for leave to proceed on appeal without prepayment of the appellate filing fees without prejudice. Appellant Renaud has not renewed his motion in the district court. Upon consideration of the district court's March 13, 2023 order, we now direct appellant Renaud to file in this court a fully compliant motion to proceed without prepayment of the appellate filing fees. Briefing on the merits remains tolled. See order for details. Fee or 1915 forms due 04/12/2023 for Paul A. Renaud. Served on 03/29/2023. [23-8007] [Entered: 03/29/2023 08:52 AM]

March 7, 2023 [10981526] Order filed by Clerk of the Court. This matter is before the court on further review of this appeal. The two appellants in this appeal are incarcerated. They did not pay the appellate filing fee when the notice of appeal was filed. Only one appellant, Harrell-filed a motion seeking leave to proceed on appeal without prepayment of the filing fees, which the district court granted. Under the circumstances, briefing on the merits is tolled pending further order of this court. Appellant Renaud is directed to either pay the appellate filing fee in full to the district court or file his own separate motion in district court. Fee or ifp forms due 03/21/2023 for Paul A. Renaud. Served on 03/07/2023. [23-8007] See order for details. [Entered: 03/07/2023 10:27 AM]
