ORDER: Appellants' "Agreed Motion to (1) Relinquish Jurisdiction to the District Court to Effectuate Settlement, and (2) to Stay this Appeal Until Further Notice that the Settlement Has Been Finalized and the Order on Appeal Has Been Vacated" is GRANTED. We hereby REMAND this appeal on a limited basis for further proceedings to effectuate the settlement reached between the parties. The present appeal is hereby STAYED pending conclusiion of the proceedings on limited remand. Once the district court has entered all of the appropriate orders consistent with the terms of the parties' settlement, the parties should file, within 14 days of the entry of the last of such orders by the district court, a joint motion to voluntarily dismiss this appeal.
