ORDER: Elisha Gilbert, Jr., trustee; under agreement with Elisha Gilbert, Jr., Trust has three pending appeals in which he seeks to appeal from several district court orders in the same underlying case... Because the jurisdictional issues in these appeals are intertwined with the merits of the appeals, the jurisdictional issues are CARRIED WITH THE CASE. A final determination regarding any jurisdictional issues will be made by the panel to whom these cases are submitted after briefing on the merits... As a final matter, Gilbert has been granted leave to proceed in forma pauperis only in Appeal No. 19-12585, and Gilberts motions in Appeal Nos. 20-10966 and 21-11450 for leave to appeal in forma pauperis are currently pending in this Court. As such, Appeal No. 19-12585 is held in abeyance pending the resolution of fees in the other two appeals.
