ORDER:Before the Court is the appellants emergency motion to stay the district courts temporary restraining order (Doc. 83) pending appeal. In light of the district courts April 3, 2020 order (Doc. 111) granting the appellants motion to stay enforcement of the temporary restraining order to the extent that the court adopts as its order the clarifications agreed upon by the [appellants] regarding the application of the March 27 order to the [appellees], the appellants are DIRECTED to inform the Court, before 2:00 p.m. EDT today, whether they intend to proceed with their emergency motion and this appeal. If the appellants inform the Court that they intend to proceed, both the appellants and the appellees are DIRECTED to inform the Court, before 5:00 p.m. EDT today, what impact the district courts April 3, 2020 order (Doc. 111) has on the emergency motion and this appeal, including whether this Court has jurisdiction over this appeal. The parties also are encouraged to discuss the questions raised in the April 3, 2020 Jurisdictional Questions issued by this Court.
