ORDER: The Plaintiffs-Appellants have filed a motion for five forms of relief. Each one is addressed below. First, their request to amend their notice of appeal in Case Number 23-12413 is DENIED as untimely. See Fed. R. App. P. 4(a)(5)(C), id. R. 4 IOP. I note, however, that a notice of appeal encompasses all orders that, for purposes of appeal, merge into the designated judgment or appealable order. It is not necessary to designate those orders in the notice of appeal." Fed. R. App. P.3(c)(4). Second, their request to waive the filing fee in Case Numbers 23-13392 and 23-13530 is DENIED. See id. R. 3(e); id. R. 12 IOP 1. Third, their request to consolidate Case Numbers 23-12413 and 23-13392 is DENIED. The Plaintiffs-Appellants may file a motion to consolidate after they pay the filing fee for Case Number 23-13392. Fourth, their request for leave to use excess words is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. The request may be resubmitted after the consolidation issue is finally resolved. Fifth, their request for an order compelling the district court to provide them a copy of a USB submitted with their opposition to summary judgment is DENIED. The record on appeal has not been filed. Plaintiffs-Appellants may file a similar motion should they later need the evidence.
