October 9, 2025 Opinion or Order Filing 16 ORDER: Upon review of the record, this appeal is DISMISSED IN PART, sua sponte, for lack of jurisdiction. Angela DeBose, LaVonne Washington, and Michael Washington appeal the district courts order denying DeBoses motion to dissolve a filing injunction that was entered only against her. We conclude that we do not have jurisdiction over the Washingtons appeal because they lack appellate standing. See Wolff v. Cash 4 Titles, 351 F.3d 1348, 1353-54 (11th Cir. 2003) (providing that we lack jurisdiction over appeals brought by appellants without appellate standing). Because the district court denied the Washingtons motion to intervene, they are not parties to the action with standing to appeal. See Marino v. Ortiz, 484 U.S. 301, 304 (1988) (providing that only parties to a lawsuit, or those who properly become parties, have standing to appeal). Furthermore, the Washingtons were not aggrieved by the order they attempt to challenge on appeal, as it was not directed at them and did not af-fect their interests. See Kimberly Regenesis, LLC v. Lee County, 64 F.4th 1253, 1259 (11th Cir. 2023) (providing that only litigants who are aggrieved by the order or judgment at issue can appeal). However, DeBose has appellate standing because she initiated the action and was aggrieved by the district courts order, which denied her request to dissolve the filing injunction against her. See Marino, 484 U.S. at 304; Kimberly Regenesis, LLC, 64 F.4th at 1259. Accordingly, the Washingtons appeal is DISMISSED. The appeal may proceed as to DeBoses challenge to the district courts order denying her motion to dissolve the filing injunction. No motion for reconsideration may be filed unless it complies with the timing and other requirements of 11th Cir. R. 27-2 and all other applicable rules.
