ORDER: This appeal is DISMISSED in part, sua sponte, for lack of jurisdiction. Larry Thomas, Jr., proceeding pro se, appeals from the district courts: December 23, 2024 judgment dismissing his complaint; and January 16, 2026 order denying his Fed. R. Civ. P. 60(d) motion to vacate the judgment. Thomass notice of appeal, however, is timely to challenge the district courts January 16, 2026 order denying his Fed. R. Civ. P. 60(d) motion.
