We will reverse the District Court's February 21, 2013 order granting appellees summary judgment on Halsey's fabrication, malicious prosecution, and coercion claims. We also will reverse the summary judgment on Halsey's parallel state law claims. Pfeiffer's br. at 57 (citing Wildoner v. Borough of Ramsey, 744 A.2d 1146, 1153 (N.J. 2000). We will reinstate the reversed claims and will remand the case to the District Court for further proceedings consistent with this opinion. [13-1549, 13-2236]
