ORDER (FISHER, SHWARTZ and GREENBERG, Circuit Judges) Motion to reopen appeal filed by Appellant Doris Amelia Thomas is denied without prejudice as the Appellant failed to provide a supplement sought by way order dated 9/14/15, which directed her to submit a supplement to her motion that set forth the reasons why she did not pay the filing fees or seek a waiver of the fees before the May 2015 deadlines. The motion is denied without prejudice to her right to renew her motion to reopen so long as such motion is filed within 30 days of the date of this order and sets forth why she did not pay the filing fees or seek a waiver of the fees before the May 2015 deadlines.
