PRECEDENTIAL OPINION Coram: MCKEE, Chief Judge, FISHER and GREENAWAY,JR., Circuit Judges. Total Pages: 20. Judge: MCKEE, Authoring. We will reverse the district court's order dismissing Plaintiffs' complaint for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted. On remand, the court can determine whether Plaintiffs sufficiently pled the personal liability of MRS' Vice President, Marion. Because of its conclusion that the complaint did not state a claim for relief, the district court did not address whether Marion bore responsibility, as Plaintiffs allege. Accordingly, we will remand for further proceedings consistent with this opinion in the district court.
