ORDER As it appears this appeal has not been timely prosecuted inasmuch as counsel has failed to order the transcript and has failed to file the entry of appearance and criminal information statement, it is hereby ORDERED that Steven Seltzer, Esq. SHOW CAUSE why counsel has failed to timely prosecute this appeal. it is noted that counsel was directed to file the forms listed above at the time the appeal was docketed. it is further noted that a second request for the forms was transmitted to counsel. To date, counsel has not complied. Counsel is directed to appear before Kelly A. Glaum, Esq., Attorney-Hearing officer, in accordance with the Court's Standing Order dated July 8, 2010 on Wednesday, July 12, 2017, at 3:00 p.m. at 601 Market Street, 21400 U.S. Courthouse, Philadelphia to explain the failure. At that time, the Attorney-hearing Officer will endeavor to assist with compliance. If full compliance is received within 3 business days prior to the hearing, counsel need not appear and this order to Show Cause will be discharged. In order to fully comply, counsel must file a response in writing why counsel should not be subject to sanctions for the delay in the prosecution of this appeal. The response must be filed electronically and one copy must be served upon each interested party. In addition, counsel must file a properly executed Transcript Purchase Order, the entry of appearance and criminal information statement. Failure to comply or to attend the compliance hearing will result in the matter being set for a hearing before the next available Judge of this Court for possible imposition of sanctions, filed.
