May 24, 2018 Opinion or Order Filing 3012938885 NOT PRECEDENTIAL PER CURIAM OPINION Coram: RESTREPO, BIBAS and NYGAARD, Circuit Judges. Total Pages: 6. BLD-213 *Accordingly, we will grant the Government's motion and summarily affirm the District Court's judgment. Rosello has also filed a "Motion to Supplement Pleading Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 15(d)," in which he discusses the Supreme Court's recent decision in Sessions v. Dimaya, 138 S. Ct. 1204 (2018). However, notwithstanding Dimaya, for the reasons discussed above, Section 2241 is not appropriate vehicle for Rosello to use to pursue his claims. To the extent that Rosello seeks any further relief in his motion (beyond merely asking us to consider Dimaya), the motion is denied.--[Edited 05/24/2018 by TMM]
