ORDER (Clerk) The foregoing motion is considered. The appeals at Nos. 19-1498 and 19-1499 are hereby stayed pending disposition of Nos. 19-1047 and 19-1258, Gary Stevens v. Westmoreland Equity Fund, LLC, et al. Within fourteen (14) days of the date of the decision regarding jurisdiction in Nos. 19-1047 and 19-1258, Appellees must advise the Court, in writing, whether Nos. 19-1047 and 19- 1258 have been dismissed or whether the appeals will proceed to briefing. The briefing schedules issued in Nos. 19-1498 and 19-1499 are hereby vacated. It is noted that Appellees have filed separate appendices in Nos. 19-1498 and 19-1499 on May 6, 2019. Pursuant to Fed. R. App. P. 30(a)(1), the Appellants are required to prepare and submit a joint appendix. Accordingly, Appellees' appendices are stricken from the Court's docket. At the appropriate time, Appellees may wish to file supplemental appendices, along with a motion for leave to file the appendices, if Appellants do not include all documents necessary for the litigation of the appeal. Appellees are directed to retrieve the paper copies of the previously filed appendices within fourteen (14) days from the date of this order or they will be discarded, filed.
