ORDER (Clerk) granting Appellants' motion for extension of time to file brief and appendix. Appellants' brief and appendix must be filed and served on or before July 26, 2019. To the extent Appellees request a corresponding extension of time to file their brief, that request is denied without prejudice to renewal. Pursuant to the briefing schedule, deadlines for filing subsequent briefs are established upon the filing and service of the preceding brief. Therefore, the remainder of the briefing schedule will be automatically adjusted based on the extension granted to Appellants. Should Appellees require additional time beyond the adjusted deadline to file their brief, they may file a renewed motion requesting such. Any future motions must state "with particularity the grounds for the motion, the relief sought, and the legal argument necessary to support it." See Fed. R. App. P. 27(a)(2)(A).
