| COPY OF ORDER OF DISTRICT COURT that Plaintiffs' Motion to Alter/Amend the Verdict to Inclide Pre-Judgment Interest (Civ. No. 14-3316, ECF No. 186) is DENIED without prejudice; and it is further ORDERED that Defendants' Renewed Motion for Judgment as a Matter of Law or, in the Alternative, for a New Trial or Amendment of the Verdict (Civ. No. 14-3316, ECF No. 191) is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART; and it is further ORDERED that the jury's verdict and award in regard to Plaintiffs' claim for breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing (Verdict Form, Questions 4-6, Civ. No. 14-3316, ECF 181-182; Judgment, Civ. No. 14-3316, ECF No. 184) is VACATED; and it is further ORDERED and ADJUDGED that JUDGMENT IS ENTERED in favor of Defendants on Plaintiffs' claim for breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing (Count VI, Am. Compl. 58-60, Civ. No. 14-3316, ECF No. 23); and it is further ORDERED that the jury's verdict and award in regard to Defendants' counterclaim for breach of contract (Verdict Form, Questions 12-13, Civ.
