ORDER (Clerk) The motion is construed as a motion to stay the briefing schedule pending disposition of the motion for appointment of counsel. So construed, the motion is granted temporarily to provide Appellant an opportunity to comply with this Court's Order dated May 9, 2019, directing him to file a motion to proceed in forma pauperis for the appointment of counsel within fourteen (14) days of the date of that Order. If Appellant files the motion to proceed in forma pauperis as directed, the motion for counsel will then be submitted to a panel of this Court for consideration, and the briefing schedule will continue to be stayed pending disposition of the motion. If Appellant fails to comply with the Court's May 9, 2019 Order, the Clerk will immediately set a deadline for Appellant to file the brief and appendix, and no further action will be taken on the motion for appointment of counsel, filed.
