ORDER (Clerk) It is noted that the petition for review filed on behalf of Petitioner Abel Perez Borges was accompanied by an incomplete motion requesting a stay of removal. A motion for stay must meet the standard explained in Nken v. Holder, 556 U.S. 418, 433-36 (2009). In addition, when filing motions with the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the motion must state "with particularity the grounds for the motion, the relief sought, and the legal argument necessary to support it." See Fed. R. App. P. 27(a)(2)(A). It is emphasized that these procedures apply to motions in immigration cases. Therefore, no action will be taken regarding the request for a stay of removal. This order is without prejudice to filing of a motion which complies with the requirements of this Court. The requirements for motions practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit are available on the Court's web site at www.ca3.uscourts.gov, filed.
