Motions should be filed only in the case for which relief is being requested. Appellees: All case opening forms should be filed only in the case that the Appellee is named as a party. All motions should be filed only in those cases for which the relief is being requested. All responsive briefs should be filed only in the appeal to which the appellee is responding. If the appellees are filing a consolidated response brief, the brief must be filed in all appeals to which the appellees are responding.
