June 20, 2019 Opinion or Order ORDER (Clerk) Although the Clerk's Order dated June 6, 2019, refers "any response filed" to a motions panel, along with Appellees' motion for summary action of affirmance, the general time for filing a response is 10 days after service of the motion. Appellant requests an extension of time to file her response. The request is granted. Any response to Appellees' motion for summary action or affirmance must be filed within 21 days of the date of this order. Appellant's motion to include the District court orders, dated December 14, 2018 and December 20, 2018 on appeal, and to include Judge Kathleen A. Durkin as a party on appeal is construed, in part, as a motion to amend the caption. So construed, the motion is granted. Judge Kathleen A. Durkin has been added to the case and caption. To the extent Appellant asks this Court to include the District Court orders as part of the record, it is noted that any documents filed and accepted as part of the District Court record are part of this Court's record, so the motion is unnecessary. Any request for a paper copy of the District Court's record must be made directly to the District Court. Accordingly, no action will be taken on that request. If Appellant would like to request copies of any documents from this Court, it is noted that the fee for copies is 10 cents per page. Any copy requests for this Court should be sent by separate letter and Appellant must make the required financial arrangements for the copies. Appellant's motion to expand/supplement the record is referred to the merits panel. See Order for Full Text, filed. (CJG) [Entered: 06/20/2019 11:42 AM]
