ORDER (Clerk) The motions are considered. To the extent Appellant asserts that he is exempt from the Prison Litigation Reform Act (PLRA), it is noted that Appellant is presently incarcerated in the Pennsylvania prison system. The Court has no authority to waive fees for prisoners under the PLRA. See Porter v. Dept. of Treasury, 564 F 3d 176, 180 (3d Cir. 2009). Accordingly, Appellant's motion titled " Motion to continue to In Forma Pauperis," which requests relief from PLRA requirements, is denied. Action on the motion to proceed in forma pauperis is deferred pending the submission of additional documents. Appellant must submit a 6 month prison account statement and authorization to withdraw funds within 14 days of the date of this order or the appeal may be dismissed, filed.
