ORDER (Clerk) The Appellants' motion for extension of time to file a motion to proceed in forma pauperis is granted as follows: Within fourteen days of this order, the appellants must either prepay the required fees or file motions asking for permission to appeal in forma pauperis. Any motion to proceed in forma pauperis must be accompanied by the following documents: 1) an affidavit of poverty completed by each appellant; 2) a certified copy of each appellant's prison account statement(s) (or institutional equivalent) for the six-month period immediately preceding the filing of the notice of appeal; and 3) a signed form for each appellant authorizing prison officials to assess and deduct the filing fees in accordance with 28 U.S.C. Section 1915(b). No action will be taken on the appellants' appeal or on their motion to stay the appeal unless the fees are prepaid or the appellants are granted permission to proceed in forma pauperis. If they do not prepay the fees or file a complete in forma pauperis motions within fourteen days, this appeal will be dismissed without further notice, filed.
