CLERK ORDER On June 19, 2019, Terrence Harris filed a timely notice of appeal of the District Court Order of June 11, 2019, which dismissed his complaint. This document was docketed and transmitted to the Court of Appeals and has been opened as C.A. No. 19-2419. On July 11, 2019, Mr. Harris filed a second notice of appeal from the same district court order. This document was also docketed and transmitted to the Court of Appeals, and was opened as C.A. No. 19-2640. Upon further review of this second notice of appeal, it appears that it is duplicative of the first notice of appeal except that it also attaches an application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis and a copy of the June 20, 2019 Order of the Magistrate Judge denying leave to proceed in forma pauperis. Accordingly, the second notice of appeal will be treated as an amended notice of appeal and filed in the case as captioned at C.A. No. 19-2419. The appeal at C.A. No. 19-2640 will be administratively closed. Case terminated on 07/23/2019. [19-2640, 19-2419] (LMR) [Entered: 07/23/2019 11:45 AM] |
