ORDER (Clerk) It is noted that the appeals filed by the creditors, docketed at Nos. 19-3254 and 19-3255, have been designated as cross-appeals to the lead case, No. 19-3057. The appeals filed by the debtors, Nos. 19-3057, 19-3058, and 19-3059, were previously consolidated for all purposes. The briefing and scheduling order issued in Nos. 19-3057, 19-3058, and 19-3059 on October 8, 2019, is hereby vacated. At the appropriate time, a 4-step cross-appeal briefing and scheduling order will be issued covering all five (5) cases. Appellants in Nos. 19-3057, 19-3058, and 19-3059 will file the Step 1 and Step 3 briefs. Cross-Appellants in Nos. 19-3254 and 19-3255 will file the Step 2 and Step 4 briefs. The cross-appellants are encouraged to consult with one another regarding the contents of their briefs as the Court disfavors repetitive briefs. The cross-appellants may file a consolidated brief or join in or adopt portions by reference. See Fed. R. App. P. 28(i).
