ORDER (Clerk) It is noted that on October 30, 2019, the Clerk entered an order listing No. 19-4306 for possible dismissal based on a jurisdictional defect. On November 5, 2019, counsel for Appellant Julia Palma filed a response in No. 19-3406 to the Clerk's October 30, 2019 order. Upon review of the response, No. 19-3406 will not be listed for possible dismissal at this time. All responses filed by the parties regarding the jurisdictional issue are referred to the Merits Panel. This does not in any way signify that a determination of jurisdiction has been made. Only the Court can make such a decision. The parties are directed to address this Courts jurisdiction in their briefs. Appellants' motion to consolidate the appeals for scheduling and disposition only is granted. The briefing schedule issued in No. 19-3339 is hereby vacated. The Clerk will issue two separate briefing schedules for Nos. 19-3339 and 19-4306 at that same time. Appellants are encouraged to consult with one another regarding the contents of their briefs as the Court disfavors repetitive briefs. The parties may file a consolidated brief or join in or adopt portions by reference. See Fed. R. App. P. 28(i). Appellees may elect to file a consolidated brief, filed.
