ORDER (Clerk) The appeals by the Renco parties, Nos. 19-3499 and 19-3504, are hereby consolidated for all purposes. The appeals are further consolidated with No. 19-3507, the appeal by Steelworkers Pension Trust, for purposes of briefing, joint appendix, and disposition. At the appropriate time, the Clerk will issue the following briefing schedule in all three cases: Step 1: Opening brief by the Renco parties, covering all issue on appeal in Nos. 19-3499 and 19-3504, and the joint appendix pertaining to all three (3) appeals, to be filed and served within 40 days of the date of the Order; Step 2: Brief by Steelworkers Pension Trust, opening as to its issues on appeal in No. 19-3507, and responsive as to the Step 1 brief in Nos. 19-3499 and 19-3504, to be filed and served within 30 days of the date of service of the Step 1 brief; Step 3: Brief by the Renco parties, responsive as to the Step 2 brief in No. 19-3507, and in reply as to its own issues on appeal in Nos. 19-3499 and 19-3504, to be filed and served within 30 days of the date of service of the Step 2 brief; and Step 4: Reply brief, if any, by Steelworkers Pension Trust, in No. 19-3507, to be filed and served within 21 days of the date of service of the Step 3 brief. The additional time after service provided in Fed. R. App. P. 26(c) will apply. Also, the word limitations set out in Fed. R. App. P. 28.1(e)(2) will apply to the briefs filed in these cases.
