ORDER (Clerk) The notice of appeal was not filed within the time prescribed by Fed. R. App. P. 4(a)(1). The order appealed was entered on October 18, 2019, but the notice of appeal was not filed until December 13, 2019. This Court cannot extend the time to file a notice of appeal. See Fed. R. App. P. 26(b). Only the district court may do so in the limited circumstances provided by Fed. R. App. P. 4(a)(5) and 4(a)(6). It is noted that a motion to extend the time to appeal was filed in the District Court on November 18, 2019, and remains pending with the District Court. Appellant must immediately notify the Court, in writing, when a decision has been entered by the District Court, attaching a copy of the District Court decision to the response. If the motion to extend time is denied, all parties must file written responses addressing this Courts authority to consider the appeal, with a certificate of service attached, within fourteen (14) days from the date of the District Courts order denying the motion to extend.
