Absent exceptions that do not apply here, our appellate jurisdiction is limited to reviewing final decisions of the district courts. 28 U.S.C. 1291. The orders from which Appellant seeks to appeal are not final under general principles, see Quackenbush v. Allstate Ins. Co., 517 U.S. 706, 712 (1996), nor are they immediately appealable under the collateral order doctrine, see Coopers & Lybrand v. Livesay, 437 U.S. 463, 468 (1978).
