ORDER (Clerk) considering the foregoing motion. In her motion, Appellant requests a stay or injunction of the briefing deadline pending Judge Kugler's review of "whether the court erred in its final decision to dismiss [Appellant's] Motion for Reconsideration". Upon review of the District Court docket for the underlying matter, Tucker v. HP, Inc., D. N.J. No. 1-14-cv-04699, there does not appear to be any motion to correct the judgment of the District Court pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 60(b) as Appellant indicates in her motion. In the event Appellant is seeking relief under Rule 60(b) in this Court, it should be noted that request must be made in the appropriate District Court in the first instance. The Clerk, however, will grant a 45-day extension of time to file the brief and appendix. Appellant's brief and appendix must be filed and served on or before April 20, 2020.
