| Filing 4 CLERK ORDER - RULE 4(b) Appellant seeks review of the District Court's September 8, 2020, oral ruling denying release pending trial. It is noted, however, that the District Court has not yet entered the order on its docket. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that the above-captioned appeal is stayed pending entry of a written order by the District Court. See Fed. R. App. P. 4(b)(2). As the Rule provides that the notice of appeal is treated as being filed on the date of the order and after its entry, a subsequent notice of appeal is not required. Appellant is directed to inform the Clerk in writing as to the date the District Court enters the order on the docket. Any objection to this order shall be filed with the Clerk of this Court within ten (10) days from the date of this order. This stay will automatically expire once the District Court enters its order on the docket. Within five days after entry of the District Court's order, Appellant must file a motion for release. See Fed. R. App. P. 9(a); 3d Cir. L.A.R. 9.1(a). A copy of the district court's reasons for denying release must be attached to the motion. See 3d Cir. L.A.R. 9.1(a).
