Filing 16 ORDER (Clerk) The foregoing motion is granted. Appellant must file a motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis, along with an addendum to the affidavit in support of the motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis, a completed form authorizing assessments to be made from his prison account, and a six month certified prison account statement within thirty (30) days from the date of this order. If the motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis is denied, Appellant must pay the district court the entire docketing and filing fee of $505.00 within thirty (30) days of the date of the order denying the motion to proceed in forma pauperis. Should Appellant fail file the motion to proceed in forma pauperis with the accompanying documents within the time stated, he will face dismissal of the appeal pursuant to Third Circuit LAR 3.3 and Misc. 107.1 without further notice. Appellant's motion for extension of time to file a response to the Clerk's Letter dated October 8, 2020 advising of possible jurisdictional defect is also granted.
