Appellants motion claimed the plaintiff does not have the funds to pay [him] for the additional legal services involving remaining issues before [the district court]. This order may not be a final decision[] under 28 U.S.C. 1291 or otherwise appealable. Compare United States v. Bertoli, 994 F.2d 1002, 101014 (3d Cir. 1993), with United States v. Bellille, 962 F.3d 731, 73538 (3d Cir. 2020) (finding appellate jurisdiction over order denying withdrawal sought on ethical grounds), and Ohntrup v.
