November 17, 2020	Filing 2 ORDER (Clerk) On November 12, 2020, this Court received the above-captioned petition for a writ of habeas corpus. Under Fed. R. App. P. 22(a), an application for a writ of habeas corpus must be made to the appropriate district court. If made to a circuit judge, the application must be transferred to the appropriate district court. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that the petition is transferred to the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. It is noted that this Court recently transferred another habeas petition from Petitioner to that court. See No. 20- 3197. This Courts authorization may be required before the district court can consider a second or successive habeas petition or motion under 28 U.S.C. 2254. See 28 U.S.C. 2244(b)(3) & 2255(h).
