ORDER (Clerk) No action can be taken on the foregoing as the case was closed on January 20, 2021 for failure to pay the filing and docketing fees. The December 11, 2020 letter listing the case for possible dismissal did not stay Appellants obligation to pay the filing and docketing fees, which were due on or before December 21, 2020. Because the appeal was dismissed for failure to pay the filing fee, a motion to reopen cannot be processed until Appellant either pays the fee to the District Court or files a motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis along with all required supporting documents. See Fed. R. App. P. 24; 3d Cir. LAR 24.1. The fee must be paid or the motion to proceed in forma pauperis must be filed within fourteen (14) days of the date of this Order. No action will be taken on the motion to reopen or the response to the jurisdictional issue until either the fee is paid in the District Court or the motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis is received by the Court, filed.
