ORDER (Clerk) The motion to extend time filed on January 15, 2021 is granted to the extent Appellant seeks an extension of time to pay the appeal fee. In accordance with the Courts November 5, 2019 Order in No. 19-1551, Appellant is prohibited from filing new appeals without first paying the applicable filing fees in full - absent a compelling showing that an appeal is necessary to prevent an imminent serious injury, in which case he may proceed in forma pauperis if he also establishes that he qualifies financially. Accordingly, Appellant must, within fourteen (14) days of the date of this order, either pay the $505 fee in the appropriate District Court or file a motion to proceed in forma pauperis in this Court which includes the justification required under the November 5, 2019 Court Order. Appellant is cautioned however, that, in the future, he must comply with the filing restrictions imposed in the Courts November 5, 2019 prior to filing any new appeals. Action on the motion to extend time to file a response to the December 24, 2020 Legal Division Letter is deferred pending Appellants compliance with this order. The jurisdictional issue will not be submitted to the Court for consideration until the fee issue is resolved. No action will be taken on the motion for extension of time filed on January 22, 2021, as it is a duplicate of the motion filed on January 15, 2021. (SB) [Entered: 02/08/2021 01:59 PM]
