ORDER (JORDAN and GREENAWAY JR., Circuit Judges) Upon consideration of the motion in No. 20-3584 filed by Russell T. Bundy Associates, Inc. d/b/a Bundy Baking Solutions and Synova, LLC (the "Appellants") seeking a stay pending appeal, and having reviewed the response filed by the Appellee, Mallet and Company Inc., as well as the further reply filed by Appellants, it is hereby ORDERED that the motion is GRANTED to the extent that paragraphs 1 through 4, paragraphs 10 and 11, and paragraph 14 of the preliminary injunction entered by the District Court are immediately stayed. No bond is required of Appellants in No. 20-3584 to secure the stay. FRAP 8(a)(2)(E).
