Filing 3 Noncomliance ORDER (Clerk) On March 30,2021, this Court received a document titled "Petition for Injunctive Relief." That petition has been dockted as a petition for a writ of mandamus or other extraordinary writ because it appears to seek that sort of relief from this Court. As such, it must comply with Federal Rule of Appellate Procedure 21. See Fed. R. App. P. 21(c). Action on the petition is hereby deferred. Petitioner must serve the petition on each party to the proceeding in the trial court (or on counsel for each party) and provide a copy of the petition to the District Court judges(s). See Fed. R. App. P. 21(a)(1). In addition, a copy of the motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis must be served on each party to the proceeding, including the District Court judge(s). A certificate of service reflecting that the petition and motion have been served must be sbumitted to the Court of Appeals within fourteen (14) daysof the date of this order. See Fed. R. App. P. 21 and 25. The petition and the motion to proceed in forma pauperis will not be submitted to the Court until a certificate of service is received. See. Fed. R.
