As Appellant filed a motion for reconsideration of that order on May 18, 2021, which remains pending in the District Court, the above-docketed appeal is hereby STAYED pending disposition of the motion for reconsideration. The parties must immediately advise the Court, in writing, when a decision has been made on the pending motion. If any party wishes to seek review of the order disposing of the motion for reconsideration, a notice of appeal must be filed in the District Court within the time prescribed by the Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure.
