ORDER (Clerk) Appellants filed a notice of appeal to this Court from the District Court's August 17, 2021, final judgment, and every decision proceeding the judgment. It appears that the underlying case asserts claims of patent infringement under 35 U.S.C. Section 271. Exclusive jurisdiction for cases arising under patent laws, however, rests with the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. See 28 U.S.C. Sections 1295, 1338. The parties are hereby ORDERED to show cause within fourteen (14) days of the date of this order why the appeal should not be transferred to the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
