Insofar as his affidavit of poverty does not reflect the existence of any such account, Appellant is hereby directed to either file an amended affidavit of poverty which accurately lists all the financial institutions with which he has accounts, to include the amount held in each account, or explain, in writing, this apparent discrepancy.
