May 24, 2021	Filing 2 ORDER (Clerk) Pursuant to the Courts order entered November 5, 2019, Antonello Boldrini is prohibited from filing new appeals in this Court without first paying the applicable appellate filing fee in full, absent a compelling showing that an appeal is necessary to prevent an imminent serious injury. Upon such a showing, Mr. Boldrini may proceed in forma pauperis if he also establishes that he qualifies financially. On May 19, 2021, Mr. Boldrini filed a notice of appeal in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania from the April 19, 2021 order entered in Federal National Mortgage, Assoc. v Boldrini, M.D. Pa. No. 3-18-cv-01959. The $505.00 docketing fee was not paid at the time the notice of appeal was filed. The current appeal will be held on the miscellaneous docket pending compliance with the Courts November 5, 2019. In the event that Appellant complies within 14 days from the date of this order, the appeal will proceed on the general docket.
