July 28, 2021	Filing 2 ORDER (Clerk) Action on the request for leave to proceed in forma pauperis is hereby deferred. The November 5, 2019 Court Order entered in No. 19-1551 imposed a filing injunction on Appellant, requiring that any request to proceed in forma pauperis set forth not only compelling reasons why the appeal is necessary to prevent an imminent serious injury, but also that Appellant qualifies financially. Accordingly, within fourteen (14) days of the date of this order, Mr. Boldrini must file a completed copy of this Courts Affidavit Accompanying Motion for Permission to Appeal In Forma Pauperis. Once filed, the request to proceed in forma pauperis and affidavit will be forwarded to the Court for disposition. Filing 2 ORDER (Clerk) Action on the request for leave to proceed in forma pauperis is hereby deferred. The November 5, 2019 Court Order entered in No. 19-1551 imposed a filing injunction on Appellant, requiring that any request to proceed in forma pauperis set forth not only compelling reasons why the appeal is necessary to prevent an imminent serious injury, but also that Appellant qualifies financially.
