ORDER (Clerk) The foregoing motion requests an extension of time so Court and case manager can work on appointing an attorney to this case. This Court does not ordinarily appoint attorneys in civil cases like this. It can do so only under limited circumstances. See Tabron v. Grace, 6 F.3d 147, 15358 (3d Cir. 1993). If the appellant believes this Court should appoint him an attorney, he must file a motion in this Court asking for that relief and explaining why it should be granted. The appellant was previously given a deadline to either (1) prepay the fees for this appeal or (2) complete his motion to proceed in forma pauperis by filing a six-month prison account statement. That deadline is hereby extended for fourteen days from this order. If the appellant does not either prepay the fees or file a six-month prison account statement within fourteen days of this order, this appeal will be dismissed without further notice. See 3d Cir. L.A.R. 3.3, 24.2, 107.1(a). (LMR) [Entered: 03/31/2022 03:27 PM]
