ORDER (Clerk) On February 18, 2022, the defendant filed a notice of appeal from the "guilty [plea] agreement entered on 06/19/2012." The defendant already appealed from the judgment entered after his guilty plea, however (3d Cir. No. 13-3516). Because the defendant's new appeal appears to be late and duplicative, the parties must address whether the new appeal should be dismissed. See United States v. Muhammud, 701 F.3d 109, 111 & n.3 (3d Cir. 2012); United States v. Pultrone, 241 F.3d 306, 30708 (3d Cir. 2001).
