Filing 3 ORDER (Clerk) Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 5.2(a)(3) (incorporated by Federal Rule of Appellate Procedure 25(a)(5)) and Third Circuit Local Appellate Rule 113.12(a)(2), the names of minor children must be redacted from all filings. Litigants are responsible for redacting documents. Accordingly, this appeal has been docketed under the initials of the minor appellant, rather than the minor childs full name. It appears the parties appropriately ensured the privacy of the minor child during the district-court proceedings, and it is anticipated that they will continue to do so in this appeal. All filings should be in compliance with the above-mentioned rules. The Clerk will not review each filing for compliance. Although the minor childs guardians and parents litigated under their initials during the district-court proceedings, it does not appear they ever requestedor were grantedpermission to do so. If the guardians and parents wish to continue using only initials on appeal, they must file in this Court a motion requesting such relief within fourteen days of this order. (SB) [Entered: 04/12/2022 12:12 PM] |
