ORDER (PHIPPS, Circuit Judge) Antonello Boldrini and Daniele Boldrini seek to appeal the District Courts May 13, 2022 order. Antonello, specifically, has moved to proceed in forma pauperis (IFP) on appeal. As the Clerk reminded Antonello, see Doc. 3, our November 5, 2019 order in C.A. No. 19-1551 bars him from filing new appeals in this Court without first paying the applicable appellate filing fees in full absent a compelling showing that an appeal is necessary to prevent an imminent serious injury, in which case he may proceed [IFP] if he also establishes that he qualifies financially. Because Antonello has failed to make a demonstration of imminent serious injury in this particular appeal, his IFP motion is denied and the appeal is dismissed as to him, accordingly. Furthermore, because the applicable filing/docketing fees for the appeal have not been paid, and because Daniele has failed to (timely or otherwise) move to proceed on appeal IFP, the appeal is also dismissed as to Daniele. ORDER (Clerk) It is noted that Mr. Boldrini has called the Clerks Office and berated the staff on multiple occasions. Of particular concern is a phone call on July 28, 2022, during which Mr. Boldrini verbally abused a staff member with derogatory and profane personal comments. Accordingly, Mr. Boldrini is prohibited from calling the Clerks Office or any other office of this Court. Mr. Boldrini may only communicate with the Clerks Office in writing, which he may send via the emergency_motions@ca3.uscourts.gov email. ORDER (Clerk) Defendants Antonello and Daniele Boldrini filed a new notice of appeal in the above-District Court action on June 13, 2022. The filing fee for the new appeal has not yet been paid in the District Court. In accordance with the Courts November 5, 2019 Order in No. 19-1551, Appellant Antonello Boldrini is prohibited from filing new appeals without first paying the applicable filing fees in full - absent a compelling showing that an appeal is necessary to prevent an imminent serious injury and financial eligibility to proceed in forma pauperis. Accordingly, Appellants must, within fourteen (14) days of the date of this order, either pay the $505 fee in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, or each file a motion to proceed in forma pauperis in this Court. Antonello Boldrinis motion must include the justification required under the November 5, 2019 Court Order. No further action will be taken in this appeal until the fee issue is resolved.
